From left to right: Dodge, Bowie and Frye!
Dodge and Frye are settling in sooooo well. They’ve still not been intro’d into the cage, as I worry they would be able to get out of the small gaps there are around the middle of it, but the chaps are certainly being patient with them. Baby Dodge has been the easiest to intro, as he’s just up for grooming his elders and cuddling up, whilst Frye (the curly one!) is constantly chasing them, humping them, and nibbling their ears XD
Dodge is slowly worming his way into heart rat territory … it’s so odd, I feel the same connection I felt with Papa Zen and Milo when I first get them :) But I love them both very veeeeeery much.

Not a very good photo, but here are my two new babies!!!!!! They are so wonderful, only been their proud mummy for two days, and I already feel as though I’ve known them forever.
Frye (the curly rex rat at the bottom) is very much like my Papa Zen, in that he spends a lot of his time snuggling up on my lap. I have been after a black rex rat for a very long time, and it feels like a dream to finally have one, and he couldn’t be more perfect.
Dodge (the smooth coat) is amazing. He’s hilarious, so busy and bouncy, yet so affectionate and loving. He reminds me a lot of my Crash rat, and so far the two of them seem to be getting on like two peas in a pod.
I’m a very happy ratty mummy right now. Next saturday my new Savic Royal Suite cage will arrive, and it’s HUGE. Ratty owners will know the cage I’m talking about. I’m going to keep the babies seperate until then, as it will make intro’s a lot easier.

And finally, a bonus photo of Crash Rat, looking ever just a little bit paranoid. I think it might be the sugar in the ginger biscuits.

And here’s Oska. This poor fellow hasn’t been too happy lately, after a surge of hormones meant I had to separate him from his brothers. He’s due a visit to the nad fairy on Monday (fingers crossed for him, please) and hopefully he’ll start to relax again and can join the clan. He has become so very handsome in his old age.

No doubt some of you have seen this guy before! This is Papa Zen, my heart rat, my genuine soul mate. I love him with all my heart :)

None of you have met this fellow yet! This is Oz, or Oswald Copperpot if you will, and is my newest boy. He was rescued from the RSPCA, and after he sadly didn’t settle in with my friends girls he was introduced to my chaps. He’s fitting in so well, and his personality is really starting to shine. I honestly feel blessed to have him, he’s had a really tough life.

Crash, as some of you may know, is actually MENTAL. He’s such a pingy, jumpy, happy little ratty, and today was no different. Nothing pleased him more than grabbing the tinsel and running in circles with it. This guy warms my heart, he’s such an amazing ball of joy :)

Ahh, this photo sums up my Bug so perfectly. A cuddly, chunky boy, always out breaking hearts.

Some of you may remember Dexter. He was the hormonally aggressive ratty I rescued a few months back, who rather enjoyed a good nibble on the old fingers. These days, he’s one great big softie. He even licks my nose! He has a wonderfully cheeky personality, and I love him :)

Here’s Bowie, always the little gentleman and ever so wise. He wasn’t so sure on the tinsel at first, though the arrival of ginger nuts soon warmed him to the festivities.

Here’s my ever so beautiful and elegant Iorek. He’s such a dainty, pretty little thing in real life, but I just love how goofy he looks here.

This picture of Crash and Dex always makes me giggle, they look like such children.
